塞可西丁

本品為一種進口的新型合成抗微生物藥，是FabH和糖萜素的提純物（戊糖萜素）混合精制而成。具有很好的抗菌活性和提高機體抗病能力的作用。

作用機理：

1、傳統的抗菌藥物大多是干擾細菌體內的氨基酸、核苷酸、氨基糖等小分子的合成，或者是干擾這些小分子合成蛋白質、核酸、肽聚糖等生物大分子的生化過程，而塞可西丁通過抑制細菌脂肪酸生物合成酶，來阻斷細菌的脂肪酸合成，從而殺死細菌。

2、塞可西丁口服進入機體后對雙歧桿菌、乳酸桿菌等微生物的生長有促進作用，而對機體有害的沙門氏菌、大腸桿菌等菌有抑制和殺滅作用，這樣就使得腸道內有益菌大量增殖，而胃腸蠕動、增進食欲、促進營養物質的吸收和提高飼料利用率的功能就得到加強。有益菌中的雙歧桿菌的細胞壁中含有大量的肽聚糖和磷肽酸物質，具有很強的生物活性，能激活腹腔巨噬細胞、NK細胞和淋巴細胞因子殺傷細胞的活性，從而增強機體的抗病能力。

功能：

1、塞可西丁可有效的治療大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌等引起的細菌病，對其引起的禽類精神沉郁、羽毛聳亂、拉黃白綠稀糞、包心包肝、心包積水、臍炎、卵黃腹膜炎、腸炎、腸粘膜脫落等癥效果顯著。

2、塞可西丁可增強機體免疫功能，提高抗病抗應激能力，減少死淘率的作用；對機體內的免疫細胞、血細胞的功能都有很好的增強的作用，其研究結果如下：

應用于動物表現為改善非特異性免疫反應，起到防御病原微生物感染和抗應激作用，從而提高動物的健康狀況。同時，可協同增強特異性免疫效果，加強細胞免疫和體液免疫，用于治療疾病可提高治療效果，縮短康復時間。

3、塞可西丁可促進蛋白質合成和增強消化酶的活性 ；研究表明，可顯著提高血清總蛋白質含量(12.93%)和小腸內消化酶(蛋白質水解酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶)活性(P<0.05)，從而有效改善機體消化吸收功能，促進生長，提高飼料利用率。

應用：

1、我們對多個肉雞養殖基地進行了流行病學調查、臨床癥狀和病變觀察以及細菌學診斷。結果表明：大腸桿菌病的發病率和病死率都很高，從病死雞中分離出的細菌，通過菌體形態、染色特性、生化試驗等系統鑒定，致病菌為大腸桿菌；藥敏試驗表明，該地區流行的大腸桿菌均呈現多重耐藥性。其中塞可西丁的敏感度為最高。藥敏試驗結果：

Secxitin

   It is a latest synthetic antimicrobial drug, which is refined from FabH and Saccharicterpenin’s purified material. It has excellent effect on antibacterial activity and improving body resistance.

Mechanism:                                                

1.Traditional antibacterials is mainly combined by hydrones like IFN’s amino acid ,nucleotide and aminosaccharide,or by disturbing the biochemical process those hydrones synthesizing macromolecules such as protein, nuclein, peptidoglycan and so on. However, Secxitin blockades bacterial fatty acid’s composition by stopping bacterial fatty acid biosynthetic enzyme to kill bacterial.

2.Secxitin is taken orally and promote the growth of microbe like Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acid lactici, but stop or kill the bacterial that is bad for body, like salmonella and e.coli. So probiotics in intestinal tract reproduge in a large number, and enhance the function,such as  gastrointestinal peristalsis, whetting appetite, promoting nutrient intake and improving the utilization rate of forage. Cytoderm of Bacillus bifidus in probiotics has lots of  peptidoglycan and teichoic acid. Application:

 we have made investigation of epidemiology, clinlcal symptom, observation of lesion and bacteriology diagnosis in every poultry base. The result indicates colibacillosis lead to high morbidity and fatality. We find colibacillus is the pathogenic bacterial in the bacteria separated from the dead chicken by systematic identification like morphology of thallus, dyeing property, physiological and biochemical test. The drug sensitive test indicates that colobacillus in this region mainly presents multiple resistance. Secxitin has the highest sensitivity. The result of drug sensitive test as bellow：
